I agree not to hold the Southern Xpress, Thompson High School, Alabaster City Schools, or any other entity or individual associated with the tryouts responsible for any injury incurred by my child as a result of participation in the tryouts, and will hold them harmless from any damages whatsoever as a result of any injury. Furthermore, I understand that there is only liability insurance through the tryouts in the event that my child is injured. Finally, I grant my permission in my absence to the manager or supervisor of the combine to authorize medical treatment for my child in the case of an emergency.
